CHELSEA AWARD FOR THE SECOND YEAR RUNNING
Once again, David Harber was awarded an RHS Sundries Trophy at RHS Chelsea 2007.
Winning it so effortlessly year on year (see last year's triumph) makes the trophy look like an easy number to win. In fact, the trophy, awarded for excellence of presentation at the Flower Show, is awarded to just 8 out of about 300 candidates.
As the photos show, our stand this year was outstanding, a verdant hideaway showing off David Harber's sundials, sculptures and garden features to perfection. In the photo above are David's three new creations for the summer: one water feature, the Interwoven Water Wall; and two sculptures - the dramatic Portal (the one with the hole in the middle) and the arresting Kernel garden sphere. The photo below shows the award winning Chalice water feature, also on the stand.
The Chelsea stand was designed for David Harber by Echinops Garden Design.
Awards apart, the Show went extremely well for us this year with visitors creating a lot of buzz on our stand.
